Are you afraid the auto repair shop is ripping you off?

Do you feel like the shop is overcharging you, misleading you, or even intentionally damaging your car? If so, would you be willing to pay for an unbiased independent diagnosis and a guarantee you're not being overcharged? How much would you pay for such a service?
