Narconon Program-Need DETAILS?

My brother in law is currently enrolled in the Narconon program in Albion MI for 3 days. We have been doing research and the program is based on Scientology, I need some insight from someone that has actually been enrolled in the program or had a loved one enrolled. I would like to get some sepcific information on the training routines you are required to do and the sauna requirements, along with the high doeses of Niacin. PLEASE we dont know what to do!
