What would you look for in a marketing product?

I am developing a marketing product (CDs/booklets/PDF files,etc) for business use. I eventually want to sell it around $300 to $499-ish. I want to create something that would truly be beneficial to the public and want to know what small business owners are looking for. My question is, what kinds of information would you want in a product? What would you see as the biggest benefit? Would you prefer DVDs or CDs? Would you like a workbook? Would an extra thumb drive with the information rather than the physical CDs/workbooks?
