Best black military boots for outdoor?

i am currently in the army cadet force and wanting to buy a ngood new pair of boots that provide great comfort, look good and are hard wearing. my current ones make my feet hurt after a while and arent proving that well to use..does anyone have any boots that they know of that are black military style boots and are a good overall product? i like the look of the magnum panther but people say that the boot is not waterproof and is not that hard wearing.
