Heart surgery & dexterity?

i want to be a heart surgeon when im older and im looking for some ways to improve hand dexterity. i know its acquired over time, but i want to be the best, and a great surgeon. could you give me some ways i could improve my hand dexterity and co-ordination, (possible without playing a musical instrument please!) thanks! also, to all heart surgeons out there, what level of dexterity and co-ordination do you need? xx
