Google Reads First Anchor Text Link - Easy Fix

Hi All,
Not sure if anyone rememberer's but i had a query about how Google reads multiple links. Sadly no-one on this forum was able to help and i couldn't find anything on the net which would help. After a lot of research, a few tests and reading some recent blogs where people have tried the same thing i have finally come to a conclusion and thought i would share
