Do i start publicizing ads space on my blog 2my visitors

I'm so thankful i am a member of this forum. But i do have a question. My blog now averages 100visits per day and clean comments of 150. With the type of traffic i am having do i offer to advertise for my customers on my blog and how much do i do dat per month. I am looking at a flat rate here.
