To Panic or Not To panic
On most SEO forums I see countless posts that say "Help! My site just dropped in the rankings. What do I do?" Those inexperienced in SEO will start picking their site apart, changing title tags, internal links, content, and whatever else they think of.
Then there are those that are experienced in SEO that will start looking at their indexed page count, cache dates, check their inbound links to make sure they are all still there, compare the SEO aspects of their site to the top 3 sites for their KW, and so on.
Chances are both those methods will leave you frazzled and frustrated. And there's also the chance that your efforts will be all for naught.
