Best Digital Camera ? Empty Best Digital Camera ?

What is the best branded digital Camera with 14x or more optical zoom, 16 MP or more, with good lens for HD Vedio recording facility and no repairs...my budget is Rs.20,000 INR. Must be suitable for long distance image capturing.

I am thinking about Sony, Nikon and Canon.

Please suggest me best of the above with your experience...
