Uzumaki Naruto is a 12-year-old Ninja freshman. He is actually the vessel for a Nine-Tailed Fox that had attacked the village 12 years ago. The Fox was sealed by the 4th Hokage, and before the Hokage died, he had wanted the villagers to look at Naruto as a hero. However, they all view Naruto as the incarnation of the Fox and treated him badly.

After graduating from Ninja Academy, Naruto teams up with fellow rookie Ninjas Haruno Sakura and Uchiha Sasuke, under their new Sensei Hatake Kakashi. His adventures and missions start as Naruto tries to gain acceptance into the village as a human and to reach his goal of becoming the next Hokage.

However, it isn’t easy, as conspiracies are stirred up in the Ninja World as Orochimaru, a former Konoha Ninja, returns to wreck havoc in the village as well as a mysterious organization called Akatsuki starts to emerge from the shadows, seeking people with beasts inside them such as Naruto…
