Are Link Bid Sites Good for SEO??

I am a big fan of link bid scripts and I am wondering what peoples experiences are with them??

I have a couple that are pretty high ranked and I am very very happy with LB sites so far and I DO have casinos that advertsie for instance and I have found that they either help the site or don't effect the rank!!
