hmm, i can't see the green-haired girl's costume clearly, but im guessing she should be C.C from Code Geass. haha, cz it's kinda like her trademark hair with fringe =D

Yes am I , but because of my " body size " is impossible for as a " cosplayer " for a thin character. Thus i like to watch people cosplay .. hahaha
