Trying to buy Facebook credits with paymo?

I'm trying to pay for facebook credits using paymo which is charges your payment to your cell phone bill, but whenever I try to do it, it keeps saying like an error message..I have at&t which is supported by paymo so I'm not sure what the problem is..and I don't have a prepaid phone so that's not it. Anyone know what the problem might be?
