Apartment question PLEASE 10 POINTS?

My income is 1600 a month my friend is 1400 a month.. we are getting an apartment of three bed and two bath the rent is 1040 and in totalits going to be six living there, my wife and 1 year daughter and his wife and 8 months son, and they have a bar that says. For six people you need to win maximum 44000
