What is the best online sports betting site?

I currently have accounts with SBG Global and Bovada, but am not particularly happy with either of them. SBG only allows a maximum withdrawal of $850 which accrues a $75 fee. Bovada at least offers 1 free check per month, but it always takes about a month to receive it. Are there any sites out there that offer quicker/cheaper payout structures, or is this about the norm for all sites?

I am also just wondering what site people think is the best overall, including site layout, customer support, betting lines, etc.
