What is a good windsurf board for beginners?

I'm basically getting started in windsurfing and looking for a used windsurf board. What is recommended for a beginner? I found Mistral Escape that is 190 L and 345cm long. Would this be a good choice? What else should I be looking for (sail size,etc)?
