[Holiday Activity]Orientation Day Activity

Dear AniMaC BOD and members,

There will be a holiday activity which is related on Orientation Day (30 and 31 of Dec). The name of activity was named as Treasure Hunt which created by Student Council. Just to let you all know that Student Council was asking all the clubs to involve in this Treasure Hunt. How the Treasure Hunt function? OK. Each club will come out an activity as one of the station for Treasure Hunt. The purpose for this Treasure Hunt is to promote our club while playing the games. It is still not confirm the actual date for the Treasure Hunt yet.

Well, that's the purpose for the Holiday Activity. Now, we had some ideas for the games that we are going to do during that day and i need some manpower from both of you if you are free during orientation days. We will set 2 booths which is the booth as club promo at MPH and another 1 booth belong the part of treasure hunt. As usual, I need at least 2 committee members and a few member to take care the booth at MPH while another 2 committee members and a few members to take care the booth at station of Treasure Hunt.

What are the 2 booths doing?

The booth at MPH will be promote the club as usual whereas the booth at station will get ready the game. The game we think before is some kind of Anime Quiz and also Anime song guessing. While the booth at station was started, those member from MPH's booth can start to clean the things and help out at the booth of station.

This is only the first draft idea from us. We do not want something that it's too complicated and spend money, but we are looking a game which easy for us to handle as well as it's easy for them to play the game since there are still a lot of people do not know what is Anime and Manga. All the things here are not confirm yet.

Anyway, any updated news I will announce here. Thanks ^^

Maybe yes or no. Not sure whether coming or not. If about anime song guessing, I have some questions already planned in my head. Maybe we can show them some pictures of some anime and ask them to guess it.

I wonder which booth is suitable for me.................if I'm able to make it.

After i went to the Student Council meeting today, they canceled the treasure Hunt event during the Orientation days. But then the promotion for the club is still going on. So i still need some manpower who can duty for these 2 days, 30 and 31 of December. I sincerely need the help from both of u. Thanks

Y canceling again??i wish i can help the treasure hunt then i able to kap lui... ..anyway,if u need help,maybe i can..if ony my father not much work...

Dear BOD and members,

I am sorry to say that I cannot attend this orientation event because I was still at my hometown but I will try my very best to work on the forum on new years eve so that the new members can visit the newly changed "Spring Version" of this forum. ^^
