I like guys who wear shorts and long sucks.. not cholo style though. then for shoes I like them to be converse or nikes. any shirt could work.. benny gold.. johnny cupcakes.. imaginary foundation. interesting shirts. it could be just a plain v neck or crew or even a short sleeve collared plaid shirt

i don't think that you can take the scuff out take it to the alteration shop and see if they can fix them. and if they cant just put a lot of kewi on them and buff over it the scoff will still be there but you can shine over it
