Committee Meeting for Bunkasai 2009 Very Happy

Meeting schedule

16th jan - committee, 6pm, boon chin's house
17th jan - committee and members, 2pm, North wing
23rd jan - committee and members, 6pm-7pm, South wing

14th feb - committee and members, 10am, North wing
21st feb - committee and members, 10am, North wing
27th feb - committee and members, 6pm, South Wing

2nd march - briefing, 1-2pm, North wing
4th march - committee and members, deco helping, 7pm onwards.

I hope u all would still allow me to help eventhough I really really can't make it to the meeting due to the availability I have this semester. Very hard for me cos I go bak most likely after 3pm on friday or thursday nite.

Just for information, meetings shall be held on the 14th Feb 2009 at 10am 1pm, North wing

Its a Saturday Morning so hopefully members are free during in the saturday morning to be updated regarding the event as well as given out task to help out the core commitee
