Bunkasai Aftermath

Dear all members,

Finally it has ended! For the University, It was a success for being the 1st time event that was held at North Wing and luckily there are no major problems!

To the Anime and manga fans, It is a little not well planned but daijoubu! We learn from mistakes!

As to all guests, they have finally made all the way to attend this event, a little disappointment to them but overall, we still pass this event!


So members! The overall of this event internally is a SUCCESS!!

At the beginning I would like to say Congrate for Bunkasai NIght of success which more than 1K++ Joined. Evendo there 'a' heavy rain on early morning around 11 am ~12 am nth a problem for animac club member. I have reach NOrth Wing there around 10:30 am but the store not open yet plus the rain start falling. I need to return to south wing at around 12.30 pm .. SO I go check the Bunkasai store yet not open (SAD) ...

(I cannot return to North wing after my class ended at south wing ... T_T)

So sorry that our monash club didnt join you guys....but anyways, do you have the event pictures?? XD

but 1k++ for a FIRST event is considered very very good, compare to us....we have done it internally, and only 50 ppl turn up=[

Most of the food booths were started late due to the heavy rain in the morning.. so sorry to disappoint the people who came 1-2pm..

we've not yet receive all the photos taken by the photographers that came on that day, so just posted up some.

Sorry for late reply. Recently not feeling well + rushing for assignments.

1st of all, thanks for helping, supporting and joining our Bunkasai event. Then, we have to apologize regarding some no well prepared for our planning for this event, gomen.

That day, the weather dunwan to give us a chance to organize the event smoothly. So the Bunkasai's first plan cannot be used and we gather all the booths below the canopy. So sorry

But to organize a success event, there r 3 things we must have during the progress.
1. Budget
A successful and prefect event is according the budget of money we have

2. Commitment
A event team must give a cooperate to each other. No selfish but willing to help each other. Not only the result is important but the progress also important to us.

3. Man power
An event without the manpower, it is hard to finish up the works ASAP. For those who got came to help on wednesday, they knew what happened y we cant finish our work on time. That's why it is also very important.


Anyway, i hope both of you will still supporting our AniMaC upcoming event in the future. LOL K, gotta rest a while, still haven't fully recover > <
