Jquery Mobile

First of all I am very new to Jquery for mobile phones.

I want to learn how to do a website which is similair to Take Me Fishing | Home.

Would anyone be able to recomend a good tutorial (on line or a book) (please do not give me links to jquery website, I have already been there). I need something for total beginers, which specifies and explains different options and functions.
