What is the best mobile phone on the market or coming out soon?

The best phone out right now (according to many phone review websites and me) is the Samsung Galaxy S II. It's coming to the US soon but it is already out in Europe. The iPhone 5 is coming out this fall but there's no saying if it'll match up to the Samsung Galaxy S II's blazing fast dual core processor and brilliant Super AMOLED Plus display.
