I have a Homeowners association that has not enforced its no commercial vehicle rule for 7 years...until today! Several residents are in a panic that have no other transportation to work. I got the HOA to agree to these vehicles being parked in garages or covered with a car cover. However some trucks have ladder racks and cannot fit in a garage or under a car cover. HELP!!! Thanks.
