WAooo....they started to dance...and everybody follow,include us.. ...last year i used to be here,but ony sit and look at them dance because others dun wan dance... ...this year i ask jeffrey them to teman me...but jeffrey is the 1 who very enjoy..haha

Guess who is this...haha,i think easy to guess rite coz she is the cosplayer...tat day she wear Yukata..with her frenz...she ask me and jeffrey belanja her,but she came very late,that y cant get our belanja... (me oso can save some money)...

When she took photo with me,she like not happy at all,but when took photo with gracia,she smile so naturally... me oso wonder why... ...

That all for the BON ODORI 2008...hope out club able to rent a bus to there and have a look....^^

kenshiu> you don't need to have to go all the way to japan to buy one. if your fwen is going, can just ask a favor to buy for you.
you can also buy in online. after converting and all.. it should be almost the same price. i counted before.
i forgot where but there is this site that sells yukata in RM. i randomly bump into it

jeff> the price of the tailor depends on which tailor you go to. and the number of yukatas you are sewing. mine, i only paid RM60 for sewing.
if that tailor is new to this, he/she will charge more. if you send in a few to sew, he/she may or may not charge cheaper. [but normally they do charge cheaper if you send a few there]

then you'll need to get your own cloth. you'll need 2 types of cloth. one is the yukata, the other is the obi[belt]. i don't recommend you to get the cheap ones. 1) cheap cloth won't last long 2) nice pattern cloth are always expensive 3) expensive ones are better quality. mine, i can't remember well but i think it's about RM40++ for a meter. [it's worth it. i'm serious]
cloth for the obi can be cheaper. but it has to be hard. if not, just as the tailor to iron on the hard piece of thing [i forgot what is it call]
check out some yukata pictures. it will help a lot. at choosing your cloth and so on

the length for male or female is the same. the difference for male and female is the obi, and the pattern of the cloth. female's yukata is more flowerish while male's yukata is more.. plain[?]
i cheated with mine and made it shorter then the actual length.

the difference with buying and tailor making your yukata is, buying, you can't have lotsa pattern to choose from. but other than that, everything is done up for you. as for tailor made, you can choose your pattern, can costumized it ti fit yourself, can cheat~ ^^

yea.. no choice.. all good material clothes are around this price. actually that's the cheapest [without discount] >.< it also depends on what shop you go to. hehe. i know a few good ones in petaling street. i got mine there. i get most of my things there.

i have a few tailor that i go to. OUG, PJ section 16, Petaling St. and Masjid India. this are the few i normally go to. i go to the PJ one to do my yukata cause she has the measurement d. the others, are doing my costume ^^ diff. costume diff tailor ^^

Most of d pics quite blur though... Ken shake less abit la then can take clearer mah.. Wakaka...

But its better le...i could not go....haih....always miss the great event.... (T.T)

Times Square got sell too, female one are all pretty, not sure how male one look like (I shop there and watched a lady test it out).

sry la..my camera not a good camera,juz a normal 1,when it close the flash, shake abit will blur adi... ...
